• custom client questionnaire detailing your wedding and personal preferences so we understand your wedding in its entirety
• comprehensive timeline development including arrival, setup & strike times for all on- and off-site vendors
• separate custom timelines for:
  1. venue
  2. vendors
  3. wedding party
• review and collection of all finalized vendor contracts so that we become the direct point of contact to field all vendor calls and emails about 60 days prior to your wedding
• visit to ceremony and reception site for event logistics walk through
• custom rendering and scaled layout proofs with unlimited revisions up to 30 days before wedding
• Hora Loca/after party prop collection, preparation, and distribution
• checklist of items to have ready for wedding day

Rehearsal

• personalized processional and recessional list based on your unique wedding party and ceremony layout
• attendance/direction at rehearsal

Day Of

• supervision of all vendors while overseeing setup of your event
• handle any last minute details or tardy vendors as needed
• assistant wedding planner present on site
• escort card alphabetizing and/or seating display setup
• wedding favor display
• emergency kits provided by the entire Oh My Occasions team
• guest assistance in finding assigned tables and seats
• private room/space for bride and groom before reception with hors d’oeuvres and drinks
• dress bustling and veil removal
• personal item collection (guest book, cake topper, champagne flutes, etc.) and delivery to bridal suite, designated vehicle, or to a specified family member
• we are the last ones to leave your event!
